Staff Nurse

HRIDAY, New Delhi is inviting applications for the post of Staff Nurse on a contractual basis for working on the SBI Cancer Care project for early detection and referral-based treatment of breast, cervical, and oral cancers in Kozhikode and Wayanad districts of Kerala.

Essential Qualification	B.Sc. Nursing/GNM from a recognized institution with valid registration from the State Nursing Council. Master’s preferred.
Desirable Experience	Experience in community health, cancer screening, and public health programmes. Experience in patient care, counselling, and clinical support activities. Familiarity with screening procedures and infection prevention protocols. Good communication and documentation skills. Knowledge of Malayalam preferred.
Age	Preferably below 35 years
Consolidated Remuneration	₹30,000/- per month (Staff Nurse 1) and ₹27,500/- per month (Staff Nurse 2) (consolidated)
Job Description	Assist in breast, cervical, and oral cancer screening activities through the Mobile Screening Uni. Provide patient care, counselling, and support during screening and follow-up activities. Assist medical personnel in clinical examinations and procedures. Maintain records, documentation, and reporting related to screening and referrals. Support community outreach, awareness sessions, and mobilisation activities. Ensure adherence to infection prevention and safety protocols. .
