HRIDAY, New Delhi is inviting applications for the post of Staff Nurse on a contractual basis for working on the SBI Cancer Care project for early detection and referral-based treatment of breast, cervical, and oral cancers in Kozhikode and Wayanad districts of Kerala.

Essential Qualification B.Sc. Nursing/GNM from a recognized institution with valid registration from the State Nursing Council. Master’s preferred.
Desirable Experience
  • Experience in community health, cancer screening, and public health programmes.
  • Experience in patient care, counselling, and clinical support activities.
  • Familiarity with screening procedures and infection prevention protocols.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Malayalam preferred.
Age Preferably below 35 years
Consolidated Remuneration ₹30,000/- per month (Staff Nurse 1) and ₹27,500/- per month (Staff Nurse 2) (consolidated)
Job Description
    • Assist in breast, cervical, and oral cancer screening activities through the Mobile Screening Uni.
    • Provide patient care, counselling, and support during screening and follow-up activities.
    • Assist medical personnel in clinical examinations and procedures.
    • Maintain records, documentation, and reporting related to screening and referrals.
    • Support community outreach, awareness sessions, and mobilisation activities.
    • Ensure adherence to infection prevention and safety protocols.
