Dr M Bhaskara Rao is an eminent cardiologist and the President of HRIDAY. He is a Founding Board Member of HRIDAY and has been associated with the organization since its inception.
Dr Rao is a Consultant Interventional Cardiologist at OMNI Hospital, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. He has a special interest in preventive cardiology and chronic disease prevention and control and has served as the site Principal Investigator of several Phase 2, 3, and 4 international clinical trials.

Prof. Monika Arora is a public health scientist working in the area of preventing and managing NCDs through health promotion and health advocacy. She is the Vice President (Research and Health Promotion) at the Public Health Foundation of India.
She is the Executive Director of HRIDAY (Health Related Information Dissemination Amongst Youth) an NGO working on NCD prevention and control, youth and patient engagement, and hosts the secretariat for Healthy India Alliance (India NCD Alliance). She is the President-Elect of NCD Alliance (2021-23), and Chairperson of South East Asia NCD Alliance (2020-23).

Ms. Radhika Shrivastav is the Senior Director at HRIDAY working on addressing NCDs from a health and development perspective, particularly in the context of Goal 3.4 under the SDGs.
She leads the Secretariat of the Healthy India Alliance – HIA (India NCD Alliance) that fosters engagement of multi-sectoral CSOs to address NCDs through meaningful engagement of CSOs, People Living With NCDs (PLWNCDs), and young people.
She holds two Master’s degrees in Nutrition and Public Health.

Ms. Archana Kapoor is an activist, filmmaker, and a publisher. She is the Founder of Seeking Modern Applications For Real Transformation (SMART) – a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) that works with marginalized communities in India, particularly women and children. Over the past decade, founder of a national award winning Radio station, Radio Mewat, Archana has stitched together a network of 400 community radios that reach out to 120 crores population with a dedicated listenership of over 60 lakhs. This network of radios has turned into a force of social, behavioral change.
The network undertakes large scale national campaigns to galvanise the masses for collective action. Working in the areas of health and nutrition, digital rights, democratic rights and responsibilities, media literacy and Climate Change, SMART has developed a multi stakeholders and multipronged model, which engages with the community through broadcasting, narrowcasting, and uses board as well as digital games for community engagement.

Dr K.P. Kochhar is Professor and Head at Department of Physiology, AIIMS, New Delhi. She has a broad background in Physiology with specific expertise in cognitive neurophysiology, nutrition and integral health for 35 years. She has skillsets in recording non-invasive neuroimaging, eye tracking, recording of cortical event-related potentials as well as Bereitschafts potentials as tools for motor neuroscience and wireless physiological monitoring of various physiological autonomic and neural parameters. Her research includes work on Indian Dietary Spices, coarse cereals and probiotics, obesity and food addiction as chief of nutrition laboratory in department of Physiology. She is interesting in generating scientific evidences for benefits of yoga, meditation and traditional life style. She successfully started a Cognitive Neurophysiology Laboratory at AIIMS, New Delhi interacting with departments of Neurology, Psychiatry, Ophthalmology, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Pediatric Neurology, Psychology, Integral Health Clinic, Dietetics and Nutrition.
She is recipient of WHO Award for HRIDAY-SHAN (Health related Information Dissemination Amongst Youth-Student Health Action Network), Hindi Science Writing and Woman Scientist Awards and has number of publications in peer reviewed national and international journals. She is currently heading the AIIMS Medical Humanities Initiative and PRAKASHMAY (Pandemic Related Awareness, Knowledge and Sensitisation of Health Management Amongst Youth). She is member of Fit India Nutrition, Govt. of India and patron of International Naturopathy Organisation.

Ms Seema Bali is the Vice Principal at St. Mary’s School, Dwarka, New Delhi. She is a Climate Leader (since 2016) and Senior Consultant (since 2021) at the Climate Reality Project, a public health champion, and a Person Living with NCD champion (since 2015) for HRIDAY (Secretariat of the Healthy India Alliance). She is also a national teacher coordinator since (2020) at AACCI (Association of Adolescent and Childcare in India). Ms. Bali has been actively involved in implementing HRIDAY’s school health interventions in her school.
