| Essential Qualification |
- Post-graduate degree, including the integrated PG degrees with three years post-qualification experience or PhD with one or two years.
- For Engineering/IT/CS – Graduate degree of Four Years with three years’ post-qualification experience.

| Desirable Experience |
- Experience in qualitative research (designing guides, conducting FGDs/IDIs, transcription, coding in NVivo, and thematic analysis).
- Proven ability to manage projects, coordinate with schools or community stakeholders, and lead workshops or training sessions.
- Experience in developing or co-designing interventions or IEC/training materials.
- Knowledge of implementation science, behaviour change models and/or school health programs preferred
- Experience in project management (health related projects).
- Knowledge of quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods research.
- Strong report writing, communication, and publication skills (minimum 3 research publications desirable).
- Proficiency in English (writing and speaking) and working knowledge of Hindi.
- Good organizational and data management skills.

| Job Description |
Under the guidance of Co-PI and Co-I, the Project Research scientist will:
- Support development and contextualization of qualitative tools and co-design frameworks
- Conduct and supervise FGDs, IDIs, and participatory workshops with stakeholders
- Lead training and capacity-building workshops.
- Contribute to data analysis, report generation, and manuscript writing.
- Support development of training manuals, SOPs and other technical resources.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement meetings, expert consultations, and dissemination activities.
