HRIDAY, New Delhi is inviting applications for the post of Project Technical Support II on a contractual basis for working on the National Health Research Priority (NHRP) – Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) project – STrategies for Enhanced Population Engagement and Health Care Seeking for Prevention and Control of Hypertension and Diabetes in India: The STEPS-INDIA Multi-Centre Study for the Jhajjar (Haryana) site.

Essential Qualification 12th in Science + Diploma (MLT/ DMLT /Engineering or equivalent) + Five Years Experience in relevant subject / field

OR

Graduation OR Post-Graduation degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, Sociology, Public Health or allied fields. Experience in extensive field work and relevant research projects.

Desirable Experience
  • Data collection of qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Field work.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office application.
  • MS Excel proficiency.
  • Basic data management skills in projects.
  • Fluency or working level in Hindi/English/Haryanvi.
Age Upper age limit up to 35 years.
Consolidated Remuneration INR 20,000 + HRA (per month) as admissible.

Tenure for 12 months, extendable up to 24 months based on performance.

Job Description Under the guidance of PI, Co-PI/Co-Is, the Project Technical Support II will:

  • Facilitate community engagement activities including meetings, and camps
  • Conduct the community survey
  • Perform baseline, midline and endline assessments of the study
  • Conduct the fidelity assessments
  • Undertake data collection, research data entry, cleaning and research/project facilitation.
  • Undertake travel to field sites in Jhajjar
  • Coordinate with field teams and monitor data collection.
